Fantastic, down-to-earth, lovely doctor. Uncomplicated, and kind. BUT have a punching bag at the ready when calling this clinic! The least helpful receptionist I've ever encountered in any industry. Simply says no, then yes, then claims she has no idea when it is crowded or not, then says she knows when it's crowded because she's been working there for more than a year, but she won't tell me when because she cannot guarantee it.

Do not go to this clinic. This clinic states that it’s last appointment will be given at 5:15pm. I reached the clinic at 5:15 and spoke to the receptionist who said that it was closed. I asked if she could make an exception as I was really not well. She very reluctantly said she would make an exception but this would be the last time that such an appointment would be given to me. After all this condescending treatment I noted that the time was 5:16 so I really could not understand why they had been so rude. Two minutes later they cancelled the appointment entirely because the doctor had to leave urgently. I won’t be back.
