Great customer service. I just had a mix up with my ultrasound appointment time (my fault). They acknowledged the inconvenience on the spot, called the physician who referred, and booked another appointment that was convenient for me 4 days later. Very courteous and professional. Despite being busy, they pay attention to details in the customer experience .Very accommodating . Highly recommended

Bad experience. Not flexible, i requested a later timing to do checkup at 4:30 - 5pm told me they closing at 5:30pm. So i accommodate them. I requested for time sheet for submission. They say its generated by system they cant override, i've to either stay at the clinic till 5pm or i've to travel back to office to work at 4:20pm. Totally not acceptable. Paid so much so these kind of service. Please avoid this clinic.

An easy recommendation to make. From my initial consultation with Dr. Ma, both he and his entire staff were informative, helpful and kind. I had a lot of questions and had done a lot of research before choosing them, including consulting a beauty editor for a local magazine. Hair transplant FUE result was much better than expected. Hair growth was very fast. Procedure by Dr Harold Ma was painless and recovery was quick. Personally, I do not believe in applying or taking medication for hair growth. Hair transplant was my only option, and I am glad I went for Dr Ma's FUE.

On my first appointment, I was well taken care of by the staff and therapists throughout the visit who were very friendly and knowledgeable about skin care. I was brought into the powder room to cleanse my face and then the staff proceeded to do an analysis of my skin. After that I proceeded to see Doctor Kim where he explained in detail the results of my skin analysis and identified the various blemishes and condition of my skin which was interesting and very informative. He also kindly gave me many tips on how I can take care of my skin based on the results. I also opted for a facial afterwards and was impressed that they took particular care to use the best products that suit my sensitive skin which often flares up easily. Overall I was satisfied with the treatment.

I took a BB (Lavieen) Laser treatment 2 weeks ago at AEON. The doctor and the whole staff were very kind to explain all the procedure in detail. The most impressive part to me was that the system was so organized, and there was no waiting time in between various steps in the treatment. Although it took about 2.5 hours to receive the full treatment, I felt very comfortable, thanks to the kind staff there. The painful part was after the treatment: I had to stay indoors, away from the Sun as much as I could for a week for the recovery of my skin. However, the result now is very noticeable after a week of patient time. Skin got brighter and cleaner. Pore size also got smaller, and acne scars either disappeared or were attenuated. I am very satisfied with the quality of service and the result of treatment.

Lately, I felt my face getting oily and major blackheads around my nose area. I googled and found Aeon. I also read up on the clinic's reviews as well as Dr Kim's profile and decided to have a go.Scheduled an appointment seamlessly with the friendly front desk. Once arrived, I was impressed at the decor and cleaniness of the clinic. The Korean clinic coordinators were extremely friendly, assisted me professionally and promptly even though there were many other patients. They served everyone in a timely manner and I was brought to different rooms after registration to have my face washed and pictures taken in an analysis machine.Consultation with Dr Kim was very detailed in explaining my face condition with photographs taken earlier. For instance, Dr explained the importance of Sun Block and how it was affecting my facial condition. I also got all my questions answered professionally and made sure I understood everything before I left. I was suggested to do Hydra Facial for a start to see how my skin would improve.A week later, I had a session of Hydra Facial and I am really impressed how it brighten up my skin and cleaned up most of the black and whiteheads. The process was relaxing and comfortable. In a nutshell, it was an extremely good experience and am looking forward to more sessions of Hydra Facial and eventually Laser Treatment for my scars. I hardly write reviews but I felt AEON deserves my time to commend. A true blue Korean Aesthetic Clinic!

Dr. Kim and the whole staffs are very friendly and efficient. I have done a regular laser toning two times a month. I also have done a RF facial. Both were quite good in terms of maintaining my skin condition and prevent breakouts.

Had a really unpleasant experience today . I have been customer of the clinic for 3 years. Recently they imposed the rule of showing yr ic for each and every visit. I m puzzled and discussed with the dr as I felt that for a regular it is up to the discretion of the dr to impose the rule .. even MOH agrees.. so the dr spent his time explaining his firm stand that u must hv ur ic for each visit even though they recognize u and I m only doing a laser on face for pores. I tried to stop the dr talking as he was in the midst of my face laser and I wanted him to concentrate on what he was doing but he was clearly unhappy. I told the dr I understand his stand but we r all entitled to our own opinion and stand too. I told him my views and opinions but it should end there and he should concentrate on his job . He claimed he will stop talking and I felt my I was shortchanged as he did not do a thorough job for today. It was not pleasant . Dr claims he has 1000 patients and he has the discretion as he is the director. I presume he doesn't need me . As long as the reminding 999 r agreeable .

went down all the way to the clinic to get treatment. ended up paying 50 for a 5 min rubbish conversation with dr kim for ' consultation' as he is not confident enough to perform said treatment LISTED on their website. i guess he pays bloggers to advertise himself to get good reviews

Contrary to other reviews, i find that AEON clinic is dishonest in their medical protocols and are just out to make money. Detailed informations are not given and the staff talks in super broken and weird accent in english to explain things to you and expects you to sign documents.

I decided to sign up for their luminous back peel as my scars has been there for the longest time although I scrub every week and I also occasionally have a few pimples every month. Great experience for my nano peel. My therapist was very attentive and gentle. Because my problem is more of my brownish spots so she focused more on that area for me. After my first session I did see improvements. After that they got intro their packages to me but never hardsell. Good job.

I did the luminous back peel trial and it was really good. Although is just $58 for trial but my therapist really go all the way and was very meticulous during the whole session. Extraction was very detailed. After the session I could really see the difference. Really works instantly. You can also ask Jerlyn to show you your before after if you happen to try.The team (Jerlyn, Agatha, Rin, Rebecca, Queenie) is very friendly and nice too. Great skin care knowledge and they provide very good advice too. Thank you and looking forward to my next treatment!

I started my growth factor treatment with them for my red/itchy/sensitive skin about a month ago and I am really pleased with the results! I have Jerlyn, Rin and Rebecca to thank for that! Jerlyn was really patient and knowlegable and she took time to explain to me which treatment was best for my skin condition. Rin and Rebecca were the ones who treated my skin during our sessions, they were very professional and easy going, always making their clients feel comfortable. I understand my skin condition better now, and am looking forward to see the end results of this 🙂 skin is already looking less red and itchy. So for those with red/itchy and sensitive skin, I highly reccomended this place! Give it a shot! *one thing I appreciate is that they don't hard sell and that they really want the best for your skin. At first I saw their promo on Instagram and came down for the trial. But they advised me not to because of my acne and pimple, so they introduced me to the growth factor package, i was a little skeptical about signing the package due to the price, yes I have to agree that the price is a little steep for a facial package, so actually they ask me to try out for 5times first. Thanks to the staff and great service, especially jerlyn n rebecca. The process is slow for me, but the facial really did help alot. 👍👍

A little heaven found in the premises of cuppage. I signed up for a trail session for my sensitive skin and upon consultation, they recommended a cold crystal and oxygen treatment due to the condition of my skin. From my first session till now, I witness visible and evident results and am very satisfied with the outcome. I would like to highlight that the staff are extremely professional and polite, especially Yumi, Agatha, Jerlyn and Rebecca. Although a little steep with regards to the pricing, but it’s worth the try. Would definitely recommend to my family and fellow peers. Well done!

Very professional services rendered by Rin and Rebecca. I was recommended to the cold crystal treatment due to the marks caused by laser treatment. After few sessions of cold crystal treatments, the marks were visibly lightened. My pores were also tightened and skin more hydrated.

I have gone for 5 facial treatments so far and I must say that my skin condition has improved. I had really really dry skin that produces sebum but I feel that after going for the facial it has improved. My makeup lasts longer without melting or sliding off now. I would like to compliment Rin, my beautician, for being so gentle and meticulous during the session. Also kudos to Jerlyn who gave such a thorough explanation of the various treatments that were available and recommended the most suitable one for me. Thanks ladies!

However after my first few treatments here, I saw great improvements even within the first session. Wrote in about my combination skin concerns to 8 Medi and received very prompt response from them. Been undergoing treatments for 7 months now and I’m very happy with the treatment and service rendered! There’s definitely improvements on my skin and it’s no longer dull as before. Wow, sadly impressed by the amount of fake reviews left under their businesses. Do a search of their other locations and you’ll notice similar reviews around the same time. Ladies, look out for companies that have these “promotional trials” they’re all a scam

The detox remover and the growth factor treatments have improved my skin pretty well after just a few sessions. Will continue to monitor my results to determine how effective the whole processes are.

I have been with 8 medispa for slightly more than a year. Started off with luminous back spa and now I have just signed on cold crystal facial with them. The luminous back spa treatment had indeed lighten the scars on my back and as for the facial, I can feel the moisturising and lifting effect to my face right after the 1st session. Loved the facial massage too! Special thanks to Queenie for the great experience I have here! 🙂

Had signed up for a trial back scrub but found the treatment to be very soothing and considerate. Both Winky and Agatha are very sincere and professional consultants, explaining clearly my skin's condition and how the treatment they had specified would intentionally target my skin's issues. I've been going to this centre for a few months and can say that my back skin condition has significantly improved (:

I had several issues like oily skin, big pores and would break out easily. Different recommendations were given based on my skin type and i tried oxygen and peel facial treatments. My pores have reduced and skin condition has improved significantly. Thanks to the staff at 8 medi-aesthetics for their service and care.

I went there for pigmentation removal treatment. I signed up 4 session for S$802. Couldn't see any improvement and later they said the laser doesnot work for Indian skin tone. Works only for very white skin. Really disappointed and waste of money 👎

Beware that a number of the reviews/ratings for this place is by fake accounts. I was misled by this but now I see that the accounts are not real. They were friendly and nice but not very forthcoming with information of their products and really hard sold their packages. They don't take no for an answer which was not only annoying, wasted about 20 mins of my time. The facial itself, was okay but my skin seemed to be producing more oil after that, hence I had a break out. Usually facials calm skin but this seemed to do the opposite. Would only recommend this place is you don't mind hard/up selling and have a few thousand dollars to spare.

I originally found about 8 Medi-Aesthetics via an Instagram ad & I am so glad to have found them! I have been doing the Cold Crystal treatment for months now! I originally came in looking to do another treatment and I'm so glad that they did an assessment to tell me what my skin needed to be improved! Joyce and Agatha are my skincare angels! I went there for a trial session the establishment has been giving out for first-time customers. I would succinctly describe my experience there. The sales executive was overly pushy. Lately, for the past 6 months, I had developed adult acne which was rather severe. Instead of the nano peel treatment, the sales executive advised that I purchase for the specialized treatment for clients with acne. I was considering trying to have some peace in making a rational decision. Firstly, it was so improper and avocational to emphasize how terrible my facial condition is to the point of ridiculing, repeating the supposed condition for multiple times throughout the entire session as I was pressurized to buy for a small few treatments session.Long story short. Because the advisor was unskilled in providing an assessment my face did not improve and my acne still persisted with greater severity even during the treatment months. The due cause of it being adult acne which requires a different solution in targeting the symptoms and root of the problem.It was an unpleasant period visiting this establishment for its services. I have resolved and received better results with topical treatment than spending a few hundreds.

After 3rd times of cold crystal treatment, i received immediate good results in either toned up in ē jawline, dark circle lighten or open pores tighten. Thanks to Joyce, my beautician which had did a tremendous job all time 👍🏻I would also like to thank Queenie who had explained to me patiently on the cold crystal treatment after the trial night which give me a better understanding before I signed for more sessions. I went on a one time oxygen matrix treatment. The consultants (Joyce, Jerlyn and Agatha) very friendly and informative. They did a before and after treatment analyses of my skin. I was very pleased of the results. There were great improvement in my skin being more fine, hydrated and firm. They were very professional and prompt in contacting you both before and after visit. And, not pushy in sales at all.

Signed up a package of 7 for facial regarding dry and sensitive skin. Prices very expensive, almost $200 per session. Staff were quite professional although kept asking a lot of redundant questions during the facial? Not sure about other facial centres but I think it’s rather steep in price with pushy promoter.

I saw 8 Medi-aesthetics on instagram and decided to to get trial for my back treatment. Felt skeptical at first but Agatha was very professional in explaining the process of the treatment. Joyce was friendly and always have a smile each time I came for my session. I always look forward to my visit cause the staff are all very friendly and welcoming. Thank you!
